Location: Höchberg (near Würzburg)

Area: Wind Energy / mechanical engineering and electrical engineering 

Date: approx. 6-9 months – as of now

Career level: Students

• Collaboration on innovative hardware solutions with a focus on sensor technologies and data acquisition systems
• Building and testing new prototype designs according to technical requirements
• Support with factory acceptance tests (FAT) and setting up hardware-in-the-loop tests
• Creating and maintaining internal technical documentation and user manuals
• Actively shape the future - as part of an internship or thesis, we offer you the opportunity to work independently on innovative developments

• Education: Degree program in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar with an electrical engineering background
• Experience: Practical experience in hardware design (e.g. PCB layout, control cabinet design)
• Knowledge: Basic knowledge of signal analysis, sensor technologies, real-time control and data acquisition systems is desirable. Confident use of communication protocols (MQTT, OPC UA, TCP/IP) and UNIX/Linux is an advantage. Skilled use of tools and electronics
• Softskills: Communication skills, ability to work in a team, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and English
